Information transferred between both parties will be more accurate, more comprehensive, and more relevant, and we know that this will lay the foundation for further improvements.
Critically, the new channels of communication we hope to build will become channels for action. Our customers, having access to reliable and comprehensive information, will be able to more quickly and confidently take steps to improve their businesses and ventures. They will also be able to use our line of communication to the users to better serve their customers, by providing custom interventions and getting involved at the critical moment they are needed. By intelligently automating much of this process, we hope to increase responsiveness and decrease costs across the board.
